Gregory is the Executive Director of Venator Defence & Strategy Ltd, a UK-based defence research and consultancy company. A former soldier of the Polish Armed Forces and licensed private investigator, he is also a member of the Royal United Services Institute Next Gen Initiative, the Washington-based Rise to Peace project and the EuroDefense Network.
His professional and research interests include violent non-state actors, the international arms trade, private security companies and private military companies (PMCs). He has gained professional experience through work with institutions such as the Institute of Eastern Studies, the Warsaw Security Forum, and the security department of one of the British embassies.
