Internship Program

Eligibility
01
Minimum 3-month commitment
All roles require a sustained commitment to the program duration. Short-term or trial engagements are not available.

Student or recent graduate
Applicants must be currently enrolled or have recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as international relations, political science, security studies, law, or data science.

At least one publication per month
Writing and research roles require a minimum monthly contribution to OTAP's publications. Role-specific output expectations are discussed at onboarding.

Role-specific skills
Certain roles require demonstrable skills in coding, OSINT, fundraising, or communications. These are specified in each listing on LinkedIn.

Consistent communication
Engagement with the team is a firm requirement. Unexplained lapses in communication may result in removal from the program.

Contribute directly to research, analysis, intelligence operations, communications, marketing, or AI development — not administrative support.

Interns who successfully complete the program receive a professional reference from OTAP's leadership, suitable for graduate applications, future employment, or further study.

When enrolment is active, all open positions are listed on OTAP's LinkedIn page. Each listing includes role-specific requirements, expected outputs, and application instructions. We do not accept direct applications via email or through this website.
