Grzegorz’s core research expertise is in Middle East defence strategy, China’s role in global security, international arms trade dynamics, and the activities of violent non-state actors in modern warfare.

Tristan Mentec is a systems architect for technological sovereignty, building frontier R&D programs at the intersection of materials science, synthetic biology, and AI. He helps states and strategic institutions convert high-uncertainty science into sovereign capability through risk-gated roadmaps, execution plans, and durable IP capture, especially in dual-use settings. He has filed multiple patents, led critical technology teams, and secured successful grants.
