Grzegorz Szczepanski

Grzegorz Szczepanski leads the Venator Foundation, a European defence-focused initiative designed to build national and civil defence capacity.

He is a veteran of the Military Engineering Corps of the Polish Territorial Defence Forces and is engaged in professional networks, including the Millennium Project, the RUSI Next Gen Initiative, and the European Guanxi project. Grzegorz’s core research expertise is in Middle East defence strategy, China’s role in global security, international arms trade dynamics, and the activities of violent non-state actors in modern warfare.
