The 2025 anti-immigration protest in The Hague reflects the growing presence of right-wing extremist groups in the Netherlands. These groups promote remigration and a white ethno-state through online recruitment and public mobilisation. The spread of the Great Replacement conspiracy theory and the documented involvement of some Dutch civil servants in extremist networks are among several indicators of an expanding extremist landscape.

This report examines extremist recruitment and the structural conditions driving this trend, assessing the risks posed by this evolving environment.
