What We Do
Our Mission
Unlike other organisations, OTAP does more than promote peacebuilding; we provide the incentives, too. Conflict often emerges when diplomacy fails to address stakeholder concerns, which is why we approach peacebuilding a little differently.
-
Applying a realist approach to policymaking, we recognise that peace starts at the very top. By incentivising actors using a broad toolkit, we leverage foreign investment opportunities and results-based aid delivery proposals to ensure the political rivals of today become the business partners of tomorrow.
-
Using our special blend of peacebuilding insight and strategic foresight, we aim to provide a comprehensive overview of risks for our clients. We then provide tailored policy options so that you are always prepared, because at OTAP, we don’t just show you where the fire is; we also show you how to rebuild the house.
-
Along with our dedication to peacebuilding, we are also passionate about training the professionals of tomorrow. Young professionals in school or who have just graduated can apply to either our intelligence or policymaking apprenticeship, wherein we equip them with the skills needed to enter the industry ready to take on any challenge.
What We Offer
From our free briefs to our professional services, we aim to close the gap between security intelligence policy-level peace strategies. We do this in three ways:
-
We utilise both OSINT and HUMINT to provide threat assessments on a variety of topics. By keeping our clients in the know, we ensure that their operations are not compromised and that the world is a safer place.
-
We also analyse conflict drivers and peacebuilding levers in our strategic policy briefs to ensure accuracy and efficacy of any peacebuilding timeline.
-
Enjoy the full-depth analysis and client optics insurance of our signature hybrid format, the dual-lens strategic report, which assesses both the short-term risks and long-term pathways to practical, sustainable peace.
